What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we only offer payments through Stripe. This accepts most debit and credit cards.
What does it mean when an item has "Preorder" in it's name?
Items with "preorder" in the name mean the product currently isn't in stock, but I am in the process of collecting orders so I am able to make a bulk order.
Items that have a preorder status typically have a larger MOQ (minimum order quantity.) Having a bulk order allows me to purchase stock that addresses everyone's needs, while also being able to provide a lower price for the product.
Items will typically be available for preorder for 1 week. After that, the item will be labeled as sold out. I will be placing extra orders on top of the requested amount in the instance that anyone misses the order time frame and would like to purchase in the future. I will announce on my socials when the left over stock is available.
When will X item restock?
Restocking depends on the item. Items that began as a preorder are likely to be restocked once or twice a year. Items such as prints, stickers, and pins may be restocked every few months.
- Orders will be packaged and prepped for shipping on Saturday and Sundays, sent out the following week
- Orders that have both a preorder item + in-stock item will be sent together
- Prints and stickers will be sent via letter-mail
When do you ship items?
I aim to send out shipments once a week or every other week at the latest. I'm currently the only person working behind the scenes of Sulkypup on top of balancing other projects and work, but I will aim to adhere to the above. If you need an item sooner, please let me know!
How long does it take to receive an item?
Orders in the US and Canada can take between 1-3 weeks, while international orders can take 2-12 weeks.
Keep in mind if you ordered a preordered item, it will take longer to receive the product as I will need to place the order as well as receive the items.
No returns or exchanges are accepted unless damaged or incorrect. All sales final.
We unfortunately can NOT accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing. Due to the nature of made-to-order low stock items, we ask that you be sure of your purchase before placing an order.
We accept refunds or exchanges for the following:
- The item you received is damaged
- The item sent is either missing* or incorrect
In the instance you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your received item as well as your order receipt.
*Missing refers to a misplaced item (ie. You bought 2 shirts and only received 1.) We unfortunately can not control shipping times or outcomes, but we strive to make sure the process is as smooth as possible. If you have any concerns, please contact email@example.com.
